A Knight of the Order is Honorable

1. A true Knight must accept responsibility for the one thing that is within his control: himself.
2. A true Knight must never speak harshly or critically of a Brother, unless it is in private and tempered with the love we have for each other. If a Knight must be corrected, it should be done in charity and with the intent to correct and make the Brother a better Knight.
3. A Knight must always accept responsibility for and take ownership of his actions, including his mistakes and misdeeds.
4. A true Knight must always rely on his instincts and those lessons taught to him throughout the course of his knightly career when deciding right from wrong.

A Knight of the Order Shows Excellence

1. A true Knight must commit to excellence and seek the highest level of excellence in all aspects of his life.
2. A true Knight must always excel in his education, putting forth his best effort in all his studies.
3. A true Knight must always excel in bearing, keeping his attitude and conduct above reproach at all times. Knights should always be aware that it is through their bearing and conduct that the Order will be judged by outsiders.

A Knight of the Order Has Courage

1. A true Knight must have the courage to stand up for those principles which he believes are right, especially in the presence of those who oppose the cardinal virtues of the Order and the doctrines and teachings of the Church.
2. A true Knight is never afraid to defend their own rights and those of others, so long as they are in conformance with the Gospel of Jesus Christ as interpreted, understood, and taught by the Church.
3. A true Knight shall always stand to defend the rights of the weak, the oppressed, and the persecuted.

A Knight of the Order is Loyal

1. A true Knight shall always remain loyal to the Order and to the Archbishop Prefect.
2. A true Knight shall always remain loyal to the Church.
3. A true Knight shall, at all times, remain loyal to his brothers.

A Knight of the Order is Generous

1. A true Knight shall be generous with his time, talent and treasure, putting them at the service of the Order and of the Church for the building up of both and the ennoblement of mankind.
2. A true Knight is generous with his time, always endeavoring to share his knowledge, expertise and experience with the younger Knights.
3. A true Knight shall always offer to help and assist whenever and wherever the need should require it.
4. A true Knight shall demonstrate his generosity anonymously and by example, always placing the needs of others before his own.

A Knight of the Order is Well-Spoken and Well-Educated

1. A true Knight shall not engage in vulgarity or profanity or any kind of obscenity.
2. A true Knight will always speak properly, clearly and succinctly.
3. A true Knight shall be well-educated, being versed in one or more subjects pertaining to art, literature, history, language, music, theology, philosophy, anti-terrorism, cyber-security, etc.
4. A true Knight must speak at least one foreign language. If the Knight’s primary language is English, he shall speak at least one foreign language. If the Knight is not American or English in origin, he must be able to speak fluently and understand clearly the English language.
5. A true Knight will be thoroughly knowledgeable about the Order and will speak intelligently and coherently about it, taking care not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information.

A Knight of the Order is Discreet

1. A true Knight shall maintain all confidences reposed in him.
2. A true Knight shall not engage in any conversation that demeans and woman in particular, or women in general.
3. A true Knight shall keep to himself those things which are seen, but which may cause physical, mental, emotional or spiritual harm to another. He may only confide these things to the Prefect, the Order Chaplain or to his Spiritual Father/Confessor.
4. A true Knight shall keep his relationship with his lady private, and not hold their relationship up to public ridicule or scandal.
5. A true Knight, if unmarried, shall not engage in promiscuous or illicit sexual activity

A Knight of the Order is Pure

1. A true Knight shall in no wise conduct himself in such manner that would bring scandal, shame or embarrassment to the Order.
2. A true knight shall not consume anything that hinders his fighting ability or thinking ability to the point of being useless or a detriment to the Order.
3. A true Knight shall live his life in a manner that always gives glory to God.
4. A true Knight will always treat his body with respect, remembering at all times that it is a gift from God and the Temple of the Holy Spirit.
5. A true Knight will not drink excessively, will not smoke (an occasional cigar or pipe is acceptable) and will not use drugs.

A Knight of the Order is Wise

1. A true Knight shall endeavor to use the tenets of the Order and the teachings of the Church to prevent foolish actions and behavior.
2. A true Knight shall always remember the two principal tenets of the Order, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” and “Think twice before speaking once” as the basis for all his dealings with others.
3. A true Knight shall always attempt to apply practical knowledge to all of the situations he faces.

A Knight of the Order is Courteous

1. A true Knight shall always take the time to display those courtesies which we are all entitled to as children of God, remembering that familiarity does not serve as an exception.
2. A true Knight shall always attempt to make others feel welcome and appreciated when visiting the Order’s Garrisons and Houses or in their own homes.
3. A true Knight shall be patient and understanding when working with a younger Knight or Squire.
4. A true Knight shall respect the fact that others have their own opinions, and not require them to adopt his own.

A Knight of the Order is Just

1. A true Knight shall not value himself above others or feel that he should be singled out for special attention or treatment.
2. A true Knight shall refrain from judging others based on outward appearances or characteristics.
3. A true Knight shall treat all people with fairness and honesty, regardless of their station in life.
4. A true Knight shall, when asked to, mediate a dispute between two Knights, judge fairly, honestly and without malice, taking into consideration the effects of hid decision on his fellow knights and the Order.
5. A true Knight, if called upon to discipline a brother Knight, shall impose and carry out the prescribed penalty or punishment without malice and without the intent to inflict irreparable physical, mental, emotional or spiritual damage or harm to his brother Knight. The application of any physical punishment or disciplinary action shall always be done with fairness.

A Knight of the Order is Pious

1. A true Knight is always respectful of the clergy. He shall honor and respect the office and the man who holds it.
2. A true Knight will regularly receive the Holy Mysteries (Sacraments) of the Church. Knights of the Order are required to receive the Sacrament of Confession and Reconciliation at least once a month.
3. A true Knight will attend Divine Liturgy or Mass no less than twice a month in their home parish. In addition, Knights of the Order must attend Mass or Divine Liturgy, as appropriate to their rite, as a community, at the Order’s Garrison.
4. A true Knight will attempt to keep the prescribed periods of fasting and abstinence as prescribed by their Particular Church.
